Hello,

I have activated the remote access. I needed to first restart the Robonect, otherwise it said that the connection failed.

Here is what I did and the sequence:
  • Around 23:38 yesterday: restarted Robonect Service and activated the remote access. As I restarted the Service, the weather was correctly displayed
  • Around 6:18 this morning: Error 500 appeared on Wheather Service
  • The remote access displays: Ma tondeuse ist seit Mittwoch, 30. Dezember 2020 / 06:04:49 offline. I am not sure when this message appeared first exactly. The local IP access works fine, but displays Error 500 for the weather.
Another point: I cannot succeed in getting the Robonect log. It is always truncated at different points, ending with

Code: Alles auswählen

<successful>false</successful>

<error_code>253</error_code>

<error_message>Logbook damaged! (6)</error_message>
Very strange isn't it? Should I try a reset to factory settings?

Please install the last Daily Build. Then testing. If problems persist, download the logbook and send it to admin as attachment with an private message (forum function).

Only he can see, what’s logged.

have you to delete the Robonect-log yet?

Procedure:
Delete log
Wait for error
Download log and send to Fabian

With your help I have managed to get a successful log and sent it to Fabian.

Hopefully he will figure OUT what the problem is...

I see in your log, that there is a reconnect to your router at 00:55:00. After that, there is no internet connection for robonect anymore. I guess, there is an issue in the firmware. I will check that.

Would you please send a Screenshot of the Firmware-Update page?! - I want to check your wlan firmware.

For the moment, the following option should solve the problem:
