Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
Hi!
Sorry for writing this in English, I'm a shame to admit that my German is non existent. I have tried to use Google translate to find info about this question but that function does not work very well in forum platforms, so I apologise if this issue have been asked and answered already.
I installed my Robonect this spring and it has been working very well. However lately one issue have occurred and that is that notification for "no perimeter signal" is not working. I have a bad connection in my perimeter cable that I need to fix but I have been procrastinating since I can just wiggle the connector behind the charge base to fix it temporarily. This was not a big problem when I got the push but now that I don't get them anymore I have to check the bot (or web GUI) manually to see if I need to go and do the wiggle.
The fault is registered in the web GUI and triggering the push test does work. The weirdest thing is that other faults (like lifting the bot) does trigger push notifications! This must mean that the push configuration is correct.
I do have all the triggers checkmarked and I have tried to toggle them on and off.
Does anyone know what can be the cause of this issue?
Thank you!
Paxman, Sweden

Hello and welcome!
Did You establish a working internet connection for Robonect (means working connection with your home wifi?)?

Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
Hello and thank you!
Yes, as I wrote in my first post I do get both the push and Email notification if I lift the bot, so the connection is working. I can also see Robonect in my routers client list. Furthermore I have full access to Robonect using browsers, both in my laptop and in my iPhone and I can control everything with the bot from the browsers.
My hardware Installation is working really well so I don't know which faults notifications that work and which that don't. I do know the notification for "No perimeter signal" does not work and that the "Bot lifted" does work.

Re: Push for "no perimeter signal" not working.
So now at 10:00 the bot should have started it's first job. I have not gotten any notification and checking the web GUI I see this:
When I get to fix the loop fault I will test to lift the bot again to confirm that the push will be sent for this this time also.
Here are the settings:When I get to fix the loop fault I will test to lift the bot again to confirm that the push will be sent for this this time also.

Do you use the external pushover Service?
This configuration tab is only if you’re using it. Please look in „communication“ for the built in push server feature provided by Robonect itself. Maybe you’ve got the latest working pushes by this feature.

Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
I have the push Service OFF under "Communication". I tried that one first, since I really liked that there was a lot more options for what Robonect could push for...but it did not work. I emailed Fabian how to fix it, and he said to set up Pushover. The built in push function is not to be used according to him.

Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
For the feature You’re asking for you need to subscribe to the extern pushover Service provider. Did you do this?

Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
Yes. Pushover is working fine. I just tested to tilt my bot and I got the push saying: "Mover in trouble! Robbe is tilted" via Pushover. As far as I know it's only the "No loop signal detected" fault that is not working.
(I know I messed up when I wrote the subject for this thread. I did a poor translation from Swedish to English which I realised when I changed language in Robonect. The subject should have been "Push for "No loop signal detected" not working" instead.

Re: Push for "No loop signal detected" not working
So if you’re already in contact with Fabian, it’s all you (and us) can do.
At the point you’ve got solved the problem already, please tell us how, please.
Have a good time with Robonect!
