Signal N always zero [WAITING FOR USER]
Hello, my Husqvarna 310 has often issues in finding the charging base. From the RoboNect I see that Signal N is always zero, except when the mower is on the base. In that case it goes to 2. This is the same from all sensors.
Questions:
1. Is this correct?
2. is there a way to see these signals from the Automower display, as i dont want to tell Husqvarna I installed Robonect? (they will immediately blame it)
Thank you.

Signal N always zero
1. Yes, this is correct, if the setting
Robonect menu/install/finding charging unit/range to charging unit is set to „0“.
The setting „0“ is strictly nessecary, if the charging unit is placed outside the lawn plain, for instance inside a detached house or under a balcony or something elsewhere outside the lawn. In this case the only way to find the unit is following the searching cable.
If the charging unit is placed, like originally recommended by the manufacture, inside the lawn plain, this radio signal emitted by the charging unit can help the mower finding the unit within large lawn plains.
2. I don’t know this, maybe very deep inside the mowers disagnostic menu, if accessible.
Maybe another user can help you with this question.

Try, if reboot helps, if not, then maybe resetting to factory defaults helps. But both - Robonect, the mower (please see what to do in the instruction manual) and the charging unit itself.
If not, I think there maybe is a hardware issue or defect in the charging unit. Maybe you can borrow one from your local dealer to check this OUT before buying a new one.

Re: Signal N always zero
Could anyone kindly post a Screenshot or a reading of what you see in terms of strength of the various signals, including N?

Switching it’s power off an on?MarcFinns hat geschrieben:??? How do you reset the charging unit...?
You can inspect the unit for cable damages also, especially the one under the parking plate, where the n-signal is send normally from. Maybe you can look for corrosion on the board of the unit and cable connections, which could also be the reason of a loss n signal.

I power cycled the charging base multiple times. As for corrosion... the whole thing is 2 months old and it rained once since I installed itshadowkiller hat geschrieben: ↑So 6. Okt 2019, 07:08Switching it’s power off an on?MarcFinns hat geschrieben:??? How do you reset the charging unit...?

A) What’s happening if the setting is set in the mower directly? What setting does Robonect show after you set it in the mower?
B) OK, and if You know there’s no hardware issue, maybe it’s only a bug in the actual firmware showing the false signal or not setting it correctly to the mower, you can try an older firmware (for instance 1.0a or if needed an older beta) and look, if things getting better.
C) And setting the n signal to maximum, before a reboot, and the setting is also maximum but the signal is also „0“/„2“, send a log to admin. Maybe he can see anything, causing this problem.
D) Check if the mower is working correctly without Robonect installed. And after reinstalling it?

Re: Signal N always zero
I wanted to be sure this is not a normal behaviour. That’s why I would like someone to tell me what they see as signal strengths and even better if I can see these strength from the standard display.shadowkiller hat geschrieben: ↑So 6. Okt 2019, 08:34So contact your dealer and you will get Support and of needed a guarantee exchange?
As you can imagine, I can’t just tell them that I installed robonect...
By the way I bought it from an online German store (roboexpert) any experience?
